Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 3 bell peppers, sliced into thin strips
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Add the sliced chicken, sliced bell peppers, sliced onions, oil and seasonings to a large bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Spread the chicken and veggies out on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
