Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1lb ground turkey
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined. Aoid over-mixing as this can make the meatballs tough.
- Using your hands roll the mixture into small meatballs. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked and golden brown.
