Roasted Brussels Sprouts


Ingredients
  • 1 lb brussels sprouts
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except lemon zest.
  3. Once tossed together spread brussels sprouts over baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl top with grated lemon zest.
