Ingredients
- 1 lb brussels sprouts
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp cumin
- 1/4 sea salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients except lemon zest.
- Once tossed together spread brussels sprouts over baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving bowl top with grated lemon zest.
