Ingredients
- 1 store bought pie crust
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup chopped meat or veggies (ham, bacon, sausage, spinach, etc.)
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 green onions, sliced
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place your pie crust in a baking sheet. Use a fork to add holes to the bottom and on the edges.
- Add your toppings; ham, green onion, cheese, etc.
- In a medium bowl, whisk eggs.
- Then add milk, salt, pepper to the eggs. Whisk some more.
- Pour egg mixture into your pie crust.
- Place baking sheet into oven. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. The filling will be set and the crust will be brown.
This is an easy recipe to make when you are trying to use the remaining eggs that you have on hand.
