Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Mix wet ingredients in a bowl; eggs, vanilla extract and coconut oil.
- Mix dry ingredients in a separate; chocolate chips, coconut flour, sliced almonds and shredded coconut.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir one more time.
- Place cookie dough in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Scoop cookie dough into balls and place on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350F for 18 minutes.
