Ingredients
- 1 (14.5 oz) can of whole peeled tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (10 oz) can of tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/4 cup roughly diced yellow onion
- 2 jalapeños
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 2 lime juice
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender.
- Pulse in short bursts until the salsa has reached your desired consistency.
- Transfer the salsa to a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
