Ingredients
- 3 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups salted butter, room temperature
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups fresh cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake pans with baking spray.
- Whisk together flour, sugar, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
- Add butter, eggs, vanilla extract, sour cream and milk and mix on medium speed just until smooth. Do not over mix.
- Gently stir in cranberries.
- Spread batter evenly between the three cake pans.
- Bake 35-40 minutes.
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
